Feeling overwhelmed or stuck can prevent you from living in greater alignment with your purpose. This can impact your relationships, your career, and your general sense of well-being. My goal is to create a safe space and help empower you to connect with yourself so that you can break free from the patterns that are limiting you.
I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma (using EMDR), grief, codependency, life transitions, LGBTQIA issues, and relationship struggles. I also enjoy working with those who are interested in personal or spiritual growth.
