I delight in working with children, and am adept at connecting in a caring, genuine way. Whether I’m meeting with a six-year-old or a 16-year-old, I care deeply and stay present with them in the work of play.
I also work with clients of all ages on trauma, relationship issues, and codependency using a person-centered approach, meeting each person where they are with warmth and authenticity.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, crocheting, and am obsessed with bees and birth. My home includes a collection of stringed and brass instruments — and a musical husband and kids to play them with me.
