Hi 🌻 I’m Danielle. I’m a Pasadena based psychotherapist. A momma. A long time yoga teacher.
I’ve moved through bouts of depression since I was a teen, including post partum. I live with invisible grief. I am a confident, outspoken woman, who regularly works through self doubt. I find solace in laughter, animals, trees, friendship, sex.
I’m a great listener and advocate. I am radically honest and at 42, it comes with tact and gentleness and a huge amount of humility. I love helping moms navigate the minutia of matrescence, couples working through disconnection and unhealthy communication, and folks working to find their voices. I’m good at difficult conversations and love helping people build confidence to have their own. I love reflecting the light and strengths I see in others and watching them find their own voice and gifts.
I love being alive despite it being hard and there being an onslaught of negativity streaming through each day. I love experiencing the ‘both and’ nature of life and supporting others in feeling sturdy inside themselves.
I work under the umbrella of traditional therapy and also yoga therapy. I fuse two decades of mindfulness, bodywork, and nervous system regulation with DBT skills work and classic psychoanalysis. I work in person and virtually. I am honored to be here and feel equipped to help many.
